Hi friends,
here are some pictures from Yael's session on Friday morning of the Congress. I sent some to Rob and he commented on the seriousness and drama of this dance that was captured in these pictures. As an observer I definitely felt a deeper concentration and sense of "showing up" being exuded from the group.
I hope everyone is doing well, I have been reflecting on all the enriching experiences I had and I'm excited to be involved in the performance project in the Fall !

ReplyDeleteI strongly urge everyone to click on the photos so as to be able to see the facial expressions better. I was really struck by how deeply engrossed everyone is in their kinesthetic and emotional experience of the dance--the theme of which is worth noting: Holding and Letting Go. Individual and pairs studies in holding and letting go preceded the large group dance. Rob
